If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Custom Orders

We take immense pride in manufacturing high-quality engineering parts. However, please note:

• All product specifications, dimensions, and materials are subject to technical tolerances standard in the engineering industry.
• For custom CNC machining or special orders, the client must provide accurate technical drawings or samples. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect specifications provided by the client.
• Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes and actual products may vary slightly.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Payments

Our goal is to provide top-quality products at highly competitive prices. Please adhere to the following payment terms:

• All quotes and prices are subject to change without prior notice based on raw material costs.
• Prices quoted are generally exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and freight charges, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Payment terms (Advance, PDC, or Credit) will be mutually agreed upon before order confirmation. Dispatch of goods will be subject to the realization of payments as per the agreed terms.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to ensure fast and timely delivery. However, delivery timelines are estimates. We shall not be held responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure). The risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the buyer upon dispatch from our factory in Rajkot.

5. Quality Assurance & Returns

We employ strict quality control measures. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect:

• The buyer must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and notify us of any defects within 7 days.
• Returns or replacements will only be accepted for manufacturing defects confirmed by our engineering team. We do not accept returns for products damaged due to mishandling or improper installation.

All content, logos, images, text, and technical specifications displayed on this website are the intellectual property of SHREE RAM ENGINEERING. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of this material is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to our products, services, or website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
