Quality Assurance
Committed to delivering flawless CNC machined components through rigorous testing and international standard compliance.
Precision is not an act, it is a habit.
At SHREE RAM ENGINEERING, quality control begins the moment an inquiry is received and continues until the final product reaches your doorstep. We do not rely on random sample checks; instead, we have established a strict multi-stage inspection protocol.
Our dedicated QA engineers are empowered to halt production if any dimension deviates even a micron from the approved drawing. This zero-tolerance policy has allowed us to serve highly demanding sectors like Automobiles, Hydraulics, and Agriculture with absolute consistency.
Our 3-Stage Inspection Process
Every component manufactured on our shop floor goes through a rigorous three-step quality gateway.
Incoming Material Check
We source raw materials only from certified vendors. Upon arrival, metals undergo chemical and physical property checks. We strictly verify the Material Test Certificates (MTC) to ensure the grade matches your exact requirement.
In-Process Inspection
During the CNC turning and milling process, operators conduct 'First-Off' part inspections. Once approved, routine dimensional checks are performed at regular intervals using digital micrometers to catch tool-wear deviations early.
Final Pre-Dispatch QA
Before packaging, products undergo a 100% visual and dimensional check by our senior QA engineers. Surface finish, thread accuracy (using Go/No-Go gauges), and rust-proofing coatings are verified before finalizing the dispatch report.
Advanced Testing Instruments
Our lab is equipped with highly calibrated digital measuring tools to guarantee micron-level perfection.
